Overview
Barbara has created a team with one objective
in mind, maximization of service for buyers
and
sellers. The management team, which includes
Bill and Tina, is competent in providing
any necessary
assistance needed in providing the highest level
of service for buyers and sellers. The staff
is
focused on delivering a level of service that
is second to none. The results of their hard
work
are obvious because of the high number of referrals
and repeat clients we receive everyday due
to
the dedication of everyone on the team.

Bill Wilson
Office Manager for Barbara Wilson Bill's
leadership, organization, team building and problem
solving skills were developed working in key management
positions with major corporations in the telephone industry.
In 1991 Bill obtained his real estate license and has
utilized those skills by providing operational excellence,
which enables us to provide smooth transactions to buyers
and sellers. Bill is extremely effective in sales negotiations
and listings.

Tina Kerka
Service Manager for Barbara Wilson Tina's
knowledge of the process involved in bringing transactions
to a successful conclusion was gained in a variety of
local and corporate positions that she has held in the
real estate industry. Tina's expertise makes her the
perfect fit for providing buyers and sellers with the
support required to bring their transactions to a satisfactory
conclusion. Tina is also able to assist in listing and
showing properties as well as negotiating sales.

brings 30 years of sales experience to the team to

Larry Landis
Listing and Technology Coordinator for Barbara
Wilson Larry provides invaluable
service to my listing clients by carefully evaluating
all the details essential to properly list their properties
in the various multiple listing services. Once listed,
Larry ensures that all of the functions are completed
to bring the sellers' listings to the largest pool of
potential buyers through placement on many vital internet
resource locations, yard signage, etc.

Tammy
Rao
Buyer's Agent for Barbara Wilson
Tammy has extensive experience selling new construction
as well as existing homes. Also, having lived in
5 different states has given her abundant personal
experience
to better assist the relocation buyer. In addition
to working with buyers, Tammy handles the feedback
for all of my listings. Tammy provides an invaluable
service to our sellers, making sure they
are updated after every showing.

Meredith Vidra
Advertising Coordinator for Barbara Wilson
Though Meredith performs many tasks
to help in the day-to-day functions in our office such
as confirmation of showings for our sellers, directing
the flow of information from phone inquiries and keeping
our listings books up to date, her specialty is feature
sheet layout and design. During her career Meredith
has learned the importance of advertising and what makes
homes stand out to potential buyers. Meredith is in
charge of our advertising department and is responsible
for the strategic placement of advertising for our sellers.

Ann Swansegar
Administrative Assistant for Barbara Wilson
Jo
Ann assists by performing many tasks to help in the
day-to-day functions in our office
such as confirmation of showings for our sellers and
directing the flow of information from phone inquiries.
She has additional skills which we draw upon as needed
including, but not limited to, hosting functions such
as brokers opens and staging homes to optimize their
appeal for showings.
